For the trade · CNC wood

Substrates and bases, cut to pattern.

In-house CNC wood cutting for the boards, bases and substrates your upholstery sits on — so the framework and the finish come from the same place.

Upholstery is only as good as what it’s built on. A base that’s a few millimetres out throws off everything fitted to it — so we cut our own substrates, and the trade’s, on the same CNC precision we bring to cloth.

Boards, bases, seat platforms and panels, cut accurately to pattern and ready to upholster — meaning one workshop, one tolerance, and parts that genuinely fit together.

The framework and the finish, from the same hands.

Straightforward, white-label, and honest about lead times.

Questions, answered.

That’s the idea — cutting both in-house means one tolerance and parts that fit. Take the substrates alone, or the whole assembled, upholstered job.

Always, by default. Work leaves here unbranded and ready to fit — no one need know whose bench it came off, though we wouldn’t mind if they did.

Gladly. Send it over before we talk specifics and we’ll work to it.

Single units to season-long runs. We scale the approach to the order rather than turning away the small or the large.

We quote the date we’ll actually hit and plan the floor around it. Being one workshop means fewer things outside our control to blame.

Send a sample, a spec or a file with a rough idea of volumes and timing. We’ll come back with a quote, a lead time, and an NDA if you’d like one.

Need it made, or need the capacity?

Send a drawing, a sample or a spec. We’ll come back with lead times and a price — and an NDA if you’d like one.
