Hand-cutting is fine for one. Across a production run it’s slow, and small inconsistencies stack up into fit problems down the line. CNC cutting fixes both — precise, repeatable and quick, with cleaner edges and tighter nesting that wastes less material.
We cut for our own upholstery and for the trade, from digitised patterns or your own files. If you’re cutting by hand, or sending it out and getting variable results back, this is the upgrade.
